The MariTimes

The Maritimes is the bi-annual magazine of the North Carolina Maritime Museum system, with one issue coming out each year in the summer and the other in winter. The first issue was published in the winter of 2012. The magazine contains news and events from each of the museums in the system: North Carolina Maritime Museum in Beaufort, The Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum, and The North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. The publication includes articles written by museum staff, student interns, and volunteers and covering the maritime history, culture, and environment of North Carolina’s coast. High-quality images are included in the exceptionally well-designed in-house publication. Please enjoy the most current issue as well as some recent back issues.
