Thank you for your interest in hosting an event at the North Carolina Maritime Museum and its associated sites. All rental requests must be submitted using the form below.

Please note: The museum’s Harvey W. Smith Watercraft Center is a working facility, which limits the number of rental dates available for private events. All available 2026 dates are booked. There are only four remaining available dates in 2027 for the Watercraft Center:

• May 8, 2027
• October 9, 2027
• October 16, 2027
• October 23, 2027

The Deck at Harborside Park and the Museum Auditorium, Lobby and Library remain available throughout the year. 

Due to scheduled projects and programs taking place at the Watercraft Center, we cannot accommodate requests for dates in that facility outside of the weekends listed above. Additionally, the facility, as well as Harborside Park, is not climate-controlled and is subject to extreme weather conditions, so we encourage you to plan accordingly when considering the time of year for your event.
